What is an Operation Manual?
A Flight Department Operation Manual provides policies and procedures for all Aviation Department personnel in the performance of their duties. These company policies cannot be contrary to Federal or State regulations. These policies are meant to enhance safety by providing guidance and more restriction in areas where experience has shown that more restriction is needed. The manual adds structure and standardization to flying.

What is a Personal Operation Manual?
The Personal Operation Manual is an entirely new concept developed by Procockpit. It is an Operation Manual designed for an individual. It functions the same as an Operation Manual. All pilots can benefit from a Personal Operation Manual.

How do I get one?
The Manual is currently being updated.

What does it cost?
It costs less than the price of a single flight lesson.

What level of Pilot is it designed for?
The PILOTS MANUAL BUILDER was designed for ALL pilots, from Private to ATP.

How long does it take?
On average, less than two hours. But, your password allows you unlimited access for 3 months. So return as often as you want. If there is something you would like to change about your manual, feel free to come back and make a new one.

How big is it?
The finished text file is only 3 to 5 pages long. You print it on your own printer and save it to disk. The finished manual is then available for you to edit, add, or delete as you wish – just as you could any text file.
